Good Date vs Bad Interview

Interviews are just like dates…

You know whether you want to stay for the main meal within 1 minute of sitting down.

People like to leave bad dates early. Same thing with bad interviews. Especially when they’re online. You can’t get off Zoom fast enough. Thankfully there’s a way to prevent these bad experiences from taking place, and in this video I’m going to break down exactly how to conduct an interview well.

In this video I’ll cover:

• Why a good date involves a good plan in advance, and how an interview works exactly the same way. A bad date on the other hand, has no plan. Same thing with a bad interview – the questions will be all over the place.
• Why you don’t want someone asking a bunch of weird questions.
• You have standards in dating…maybe you want a man who is 6 feet tall, makes 6 figures, has a 6 pack, and a full head of hair. Interviewing candidates should involve a similar criteria (though maybe don’t expect to find a unicorn…)
• Why appearance matters, and first impressions will always matter.
• Why chemistry is the most important aspect of interviewing and dating.
