HireUA was born from a simple realization: Talent from Eastern Europe is exceptional, yet largely untapped by businesses.

After living in Ukraine for years, our founder Kyle Mau discovered something other businesses were missing - the region’s professionals offered world-class skills at a fraction of the price. What began as placing Virtual Assistants for a few friends evolved as word spread about the quality and value.

When Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, Kyle evacuated with his pregnant wife and dog, crossing the border after days of travel. Instead of abandoning the business, he doubled down - rebranding from Exec-VA to HireUA, and expanding the company mission.

Today, we connect ambitious businesses with premium remote talent across Eastern Europe and Latin America. Our mission is to streamline the entire hiring process for businesses, leveraging our extensive network and experience in these markets.

HireUA’s goal is to unite great businesses with the best remote talent in the world. The business gets a great team member at a great price and the new team member gets a great opportunity. Everybody wins. That is the goal, every time.
