We provide recruiting and staffing services for international remote talent. In some cases, clients may choose to route payments through us for contractor engagements.
We facilitate recruiting, vetting, and placement of remote professionals on behalf of our clients. Clients pay us directly. Contractors are not employees of the client unless a buyout is executed under the terms of our agreement.
Clients must not discuss compensation directly with contractors. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination and a charged full buyout fee, per your signed agreement with Hire UA LLC.
All service terms, including compensation, replacement guarantees, termination policies, and buyout fees, are governed by the Master Services Agreement signed at the beginning of your engagement with Hire UA LLC.
By working with us, you agree to abide by those terms, including:
• Automatic monthly billing
• 14-day termination notice
• Contractor non-solicitation terms
• Buyout fee of 15% of annualized compensation if you wish to hire a contractor directly
We collect client information (name, email, company, role) through web forms to respond to inquiries and facilitate onboarding. This data is stored securely and used solely for business purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
We may use basic analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand website traffic. No personal information is tracked unless submitted voluntarily.
We are not liable for:
• Any damages caused by contractors you work with
• Business interruptions, revenue loss, or indirect harm
• Any delays, miscommunications, or performance issues outside of our control
Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid by the client under their contract with Hire UA LLC.
All disputes must go through arbitration as defined in our service agreement. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding. No party may alter the contract terms via arbitration.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site and services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
